Notes from the Registrar

Are you moving to Fielder Elementary? 
We are so excited that your student will be joining us at Fielder!

If you are new to the Katy ISD area, please select Katy ISD Registration from the Quick Links box to the right. Fill out all of the forms (should be 7-8 pages)… PLEASE PRINT… and bring these completed documents along with:

Your child’s birth certificate or passport;
Your child's social security card (if available);
Your child's immunization records;
An electric, gas or water bill; and
Your driver's license or passport.
If your child is already a student at another KISD elementary school and you move, please bring a copy of a new proof of residence to the elementary that your student already attends. The school will then transfer all records to us. You do not have to fill out any other paperwork.

Absences

Fielder has been selected to participate in a Pilot. We are now using a form on the Campus Website to collect all daily absences. Please fill out this form prior to 12:00 pm. 

If your child is seen by a doctor, please send the doctor’s note on the first day that your child returns to school.
