Lunch Visitors  

Parent/Guardians/Grandparents (must be on file as acceptable visitors on campus) are the only visitors allowed for lunch on campus. There is a two adult maximum per child due to space limitations. Siblings are not allowed. Parents may sign up once per week to allow all parents an opportunity to eat lunch with their child while limiting the number of extra individuals in the lunchroom. Please place the name of the parent who will be on campus to eat lunch with their child in the sign-up and not the name of the child. Lunch visitors may check in 5 minutes prior to the start of lunch.

Arrival Procedures  

  • Doors open at 7:45 a.m.
  • Announcements begin at 8:05 a.m.
  • Doors close at 8:10 a.m. Please walk your child to the Front Office if they arrive after this time.

Dismissal Procedures

  • Dismissal begins at 3:20 p.m.

Walkers/Bikers

  • Dismissal begins at 3:20 p.m.
  • The walker door closes at 3:35 p.m.
  • Please ensure all bikers are getting off, walking their bikes when going across a cross-walk
  • Parents arriving after that time, will need to sign out their child out from the front office.
  • A dismissal tag or parent ID is required in order to sign out the student (Driver’s License, ID, Passport).
  • An individual signing out a student must be listed as an authorized person for the student to be released.

Car Riders

  • Dismissal begins at 3:20 p.m.
  • Numbers will be input/taken until 3:35 p.m.
  • Cars arriving after 3:35 p.m. will need to park and sign their child out from the front office. A dismissal tag or parent ID is required in order to sign out the student (Driver’s License, ID, Passport).
  • The individual signing out a student must be listed as an authorized person for the student to be released.

Daycare/Small Circle Drive

  • Dismissal begins at 3:20 p.m.
  • Students will be dismissed until 3:40 p.m.
  • Daycare vans/buses/parents arriving after 3:40 p.m. will need to drive around to the front office, park and sign their child out. A dismissal tag or parent ID is required in order to sign out the student (Driver’s License, ID, Passport).
  • The individual signing out a student must be listed as an authorized person for the student to be released.
